What's new for Good Neighbzzzxxxx?

Hey everybody, how's it hangin? Very cool, I hope. If you've got a sec, you should read all about us in this featured article over at CollegeNews... It's pretty fun.

And, if you're in Los Angeles during the month of April, we'll be performing at a few spots, and we'd love to have you. Nick might even buy you a drink... like the time we did a show in Bridgeport, Connecticut.. and there were only 8 people that came to see us, and he bought everyone shots.

He probably won't, but anyway, we will be hosting a benefit show at the Echo in Echo Park on Wednesday, April 16th at 9PM. Tickets are 7 bucks and doors open at 8PM. The show is a benefit for the Sweet Relief Musician's Fund, which helps provide aid for sick musicians. Our friends the Franks are playing, as well as the The Pity Party, Afternoons, and Karin Tatoyan. The Echo is located at 1822 W Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90026. It should be siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick.

Then, on Wednesday, April 23rd, we'll be doing a show along with Adam Ray and Andie Bolt at the McCadden Theatre (1157 N. McCadden Pl., Los Angeles) at 8PM. Tickets are Ten bucks. We'll probably be doing sketch stufffffffffffff.

The four of us will also be hanging around various parts of LA throughout the month, so you might see us leisurely hanging out at a bar or on a softball field or with Cindy Crawford!!!!!!!!!

Baseball Ramblings

Baseball's back which is cool news if you're me!!! A lot of people think that it's too slow and boring and the players do drugs and get paid too much for playing with balls but keep it to yourself asshole. This one guy who played in the 80's and early 90's named Sid Bream would sign his autograph and then write "Romans 5:8" below it which means "but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, christ died for us" which is pretty intense but probably pretty cool if you like stuff involving jesus but personally I'm more into girls and mexican food. If you were a huge Sid Bream fan and you also enjoyed satan worship than you would probably feel confused and uncomfortable if you finally got him to sign that rookie card you've had forevz and he pulls the Romans card on you. One thing's for sure, he's got a great look and he's a bit of a Sasha Baron Cohen dopple-ganger which is neat cuz the first time I saw Da Ali G Show I was like, "Hey, that guy looks like Sid Bream." Most of my friends would rather suck on boners than sit through a baseball game but not me because i think baseball is really wonderful actually for a lot of reasons that are indescribable like beauty and sounds and I also like the patience and strategic part of the game and it's hard to say that home runs aren't fun to watch and kind of romantic. It would be weird if animals played baseball professionally and there was a baseball organization of actual tigers that played the tigers of detroit that are humans. The ratings for that game would be really high plus if the actual tigers had a sense of humor they could call themselves something ironic like the Guys or Men or something along those lines. Kyle and I grew up in San Diego so you can imagine all the Padre talk going on during Good Neighbor meetings. It goes something like this, "Guys, it's important that we organize and prepare things for business and for meetings so we're professionals" and then Kyle goes, "and y'all gotta put your hands together if the Padres rock!!" and then Beck and Nick get really frustrated. Baseball also keeps kids out of trouble and it inspired a couple of our vids, Beatles Baseball & '92 A.L. All Stars which are classics if you like videos.

E!

On Thursday, We invited E! and CNN over to watch Grey's. We figured they would bring a casserole, or deviled eggs, but they didn't. So we ordered pizza. When the pizza came, turns out CNN and E! didn't have their wallets, but we didn't care, and they walked over to the kitchen and each grabbed a slice of Jamie Lynn. Then they went back to the couch where they also drank Beck's Heineken, played with Dave's Wii, and date raped Kyle. But Kyle was asking for it because he was dressed like a slut.

Quick Recap

Hey guys

It's been way too long. I'm sorry because you guys check this thing everyday looking for new stuff and there's nothing. Well, here's something, and count on seeing something new everyday, guys! Or two.

This is a quick picture recap of our journey since we left Austin, Texas.

This is the whole crew leaving Austin, Texas. Here, we're taking a picture with our lovely host, Jack as we walk out the door. We went back to LA after two weeks of fun and exhilarating performances. We would be in LA for three weeks before we hit the road again, or should I say...skies?

This is Nick at Long Beach airport. Kyle and are there two, but we're not in the picture, but trust me we are ao there...compliments of Haahhhhhvaaaaad.

This is where we lived in Brooklyn, NY for a week, and we're living there now, but Im jumping ahead! back to the recap.

This Good Neighbor in Central Park getting ready for our big show at Mo Pitkins. The sun was shining, nice breeze breezing through, Nick looks like a bum.

This is Good Neighbs with my babes, Alice in front of Mo Pitkins after the show. It was one of the coolest experiences in the world for anybody. Most of our friends came out and supported us and laughed their asses off. Thank you to everyone who came. It was a magical night - you can tell by how magical the Mo Pitkins sign looks.

We went to a Halloween party! IM BJORN BORG, I GUESS, NICK IS RYAN GOSLING FROM 'HALF NELSON' AND KYLE IS BASTIAN FROM 'THE NEVER ENDING STORY'!!!!!!

We made baked zitti! about an hour ago. And that's the recap.

What the recap didn't tell you was that we were in New York for a week, then we went to Boston for a week and did three great shows, and now we're back in NY. We have a show tongiht at the SketchProv festival, a show in Bridgeport, CONN, and wrap it all up with our last show at Alfred University in Alfred, NY. More good stuff to come.
